Doulan Anna
This is my own doula website. Alongside my design work, I also practice as a doula. I have had a deep passion for birth, pregnancy, postpartum and children since around 2018, studying and learning about the process until I completed my formal doula training in 2025. As a doula, I am a safe, warm and deeply listening presence. I feel an immense reverence and respect for the monumental transition it means to create and bring new life into the world, and I am deeply passionate about supporting families through that journey.

Role
Design, Art Direction, Build
Since this is my own platform, I handled the entire lifecycle of the project. The goal was to translate my personal doula practice into a visual identity and a website that felt safe, reliable, professional and warm.
The design incorporates organic floral elements and clean layouts to mirror the calm, grounded space I hold during a birth. I managed all the design, branding and web development. For the imagery, I created a specific photo direction and hired photographer Paula Simons to shoot the photos based on that direction. The final website functions exactly as I intended: a clear, informative and warm space that welcomes expectant parents.
